We charge a 30% cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. We charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 25-47 hours of the scheduled appointment. We charge a 100% cancellation fee for no shows. (This includes cancellations made the same day of the appointment.) After 2 cancellations, a 75% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit as well as owner approval will be required to book your appointment. If you are late to your appointment more than 10 minutes passed your scheduled time, you will be subject to the no show fee (100% appointment amount) and forfeit your appointment spot. *Please always contact your technician if you are running late. Returns/Refunds: We take pride in our services as professional skincare experts. We believe our services when used in conjunction with our professional skin care products at home will yield wanted results. We offer complementary samples as well as travel size items for purchase to make sure a product is suitable for your skin prior to buying retail size items. While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service and product sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds.
